Dr Erin Reid is a Counselling Psychologist, Systemic Practitioner and ex Service Manager now working with the NHS, Local Authorities, Voluntary Sector, and in private practice. She lectured for four years on the Metanoia Institute Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy Doctorate, was a visiting lecturer on the University of East London Counselling Psychology doctorate, and has close connections with the City University London doctorate course. Erin offers Zoom™, FaceTime™, telephone, and 'walk and talk' therapy, clinical supervision. She provides short- and long-term psychological therapy and coaching interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. She facilitates mental health awareness training, coaching, and consultancy with organisations.

Dr Erin Reid offers "future planning" and personal, relationship, work, and wellbeing coaching conversations to clients. She has a strong personal and research interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health, a regular yoga practice, and takes a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Dr Erin Reid's practice adheres to the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Standards and the British Psychological Society (BPS) Code of Ethics and Conduct. She also pursues a comprehensive programme of Counselling Psychology continuing professional development (CPD).
